Ashwin Bharath is the Co-Founder and CEO of Revature, the largest employer of emerging technology talent in the United States. Ashwin  co-founded Revature after seeing first-hand that although talent availability is equally distributed, opportunity was being reserved for the elites and privileged. Today Ashwin’s mission is to train over 1M people and to provide employment pathways for those that have the aptitude and attitude to reach their potential as successful Software Engineers. As CEO, Ashwinis responsible for Revature’s strategic vision and strives to fuel the future of work by providing diverse technology talent at scale, while bridging the skills gap and equalizing opportunity for all.
