Sridhar Ramaswamy is an Indian-American computer scientist currently serving as the CEO of Snowflake Inc. His early career included research roles at Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies, followed by the marketing software company Epiphany and then Greylock Partners as a venture partner. 

Before joining Snowflake, he co-founded and led Neeva, an ad-free, privacy-focused search engine that was acquired by Snowflake in 2023. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Ramaswamy had a significant tenure at Google, where he rose to oversee Google Advertising. His leadership philosophy emphasizes innovation, user privacy, and ethical data use, which he demonstrated through the creation of Neeva.
