Dr. Shri Thanedar

Dr. Shri Thanedar is a US Congressman from Michigan, previously he served as the Michigan State Representative. Shri immigrated to the USA at the age of 24 to pursue Ph.D. in Chemistry. He is the first Marathi speaking US Congressman and first Indian American congressman from the state of Michigan. Shri Thanedar is a successful business person, having run many companies from 1990 to 2016. Shri is the recipient of many awards including three-time recipient of the "Entrepreneur of the year" award from Ernst and Young. His autobiography "Hee Shrichi Ichcha" is an inspiration to young people and is a best seller with more than 50 editions published.
