Ajay Mago has more than 25 years of international experience spanning the domains of technology, entrepreneurship, and law. Ajay is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Twelvefold Venture Studio (Twelvefold), a Dallas & Austin-based venture studio, empowering founders to build responsible AI companies. Twelvefold has several portfolio companies, including Attri.ai and Censius.ai. Ajay is also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Edwards Maxson Mago & Macaulay, LLP (EM3), one of the largest Indian-owned law firms in the country, with offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Ft. Lauderdale, and New York. His work has been recognized on CNBC, The Washington Post, India Business Law Journal, Law360, Inside Counsel, Legal 500 U.S.– Leading Lawyers for M&A: Middle-Market, among other publications and news outlets. Ajay is committed to the community and has engaged in significant pro bono work involving international and domestic microfinance and civil rights issues and asylum matters for South Asians.
