Sarosh founded Zaiwalla & Co in 1982. The firm has been in existence in the City of London for almost 40 years and is the first English solicitor’s firm in the one square mile financial district started by a solicitor born in India. Over the years Sarosh has been involved in over 1200 Arbitrations internationally and in London, and there are over 125 reported judgments in which Zaiwalla & Co permanently shaped, and even completely changed, the laws of Britain.

Sarosh is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) mediator and was asked by the Dalai Lama to facilitate a dialogue with the Government of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) with a view to finding a peaceful resolution relating to Tibet. He was also invited by the United Nations Secretary-General Mr. Ban Ki Moon for extensive consultation on issues relating to World Order. In December 2019, Sarosh authored his first memoir ‘Honour Bound – Adventures of an Indian Lawyer in the English Courts’ published by Harper Collins. The book has received international interest with copies sold all over the world. The book details Zaiwalla’s remarkable legal career and most interesting legal cases.

Sarosh was awarded the India National Law Award in 2002 by the President of India for his contribution in the field of International Arbitration and most recently was awarded by The University of Bolton an Honorary Doctorate in recognition of his contribution to law.
