Nirmal Sethia is businessman with focus areas in fields including tea, sugar, security printing, investment banking, and global real estate.

Apart from carrying forward the charity foundation established by his father, he has initiated several charitable projects in India, UK, Africa, Russia and many other countries in fields including education, religion and healthcare. These include the Chitra Nirmal Sethia Educational Academy, the Chitra Sethia Centre for Robotic Surgery Training at University College, and the Chitra Sethia Autism Research Centre.
