Manoj is the co-founder of Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading digital venture builder. With his partner Charles Mindenhall they have co-founded over 40 digital businesses since 1998. Their first business, netdecisions, evolved into IT services and outsourcing business (Agilisys). Other examples of company in the portfolio include Avado, Hive Learning, Salary Finance, Modulr, Clearscore and Liberis. Manoj was formerly a partner at Monitor Company, where he spent time in the UK, Germany, and India. Manoj is also the founding owner of the Rajasthan Royals IPL cricket franchise.
Manoj is the founding chairman of the British Asian Trust, whose President is HRH Prince of Wales. The organization is a pioneer in social finance, with a focus on outcomes and impact based funds. They have done significant work, raising over £100m since its inception 12 years ago, in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Their focus is in the areas of anti-trafficking, education (especially girls), livelihoods, mental health and most recently conservation. He was formerly the chairman of Operation Smile UK. He was also a founding trustee of the Charity Technology Trust.
