Nikhil is Chief Executive Officer at OneValley Inc., a Silicon Valley based entrepreneurship services and investment firm. Prior to joining OneValley Nikhil was the Chief Content Officer at Coursera, the world’s largest higher education technology platform where he continues as Senior Adviser to the CEO. Nikhil is Non-Executive Chairman of HCL Infosystems, one of India’s leading IT companies. In his academic career, Nikhil was the founding Vice Chancellor of the Shiv Nadar University and served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the University of Texas from 2002 to 2005 and a faculty member at the University from 1991 to 1998. Outside the academy, Nikhil has held senior positions in several public and private corporations. In the past he has been Venture Partner at Adams Capital Management, President & Co-CEO of Silverskills, a global provider of business process and technology outsourcing services, Executive Vice President of eFunds Corporation, a leading payment management company and President & CEO of iDLX Technology Partners, an IT development company.
