Rayman Mathoda (Ray) is Partner at Emerge Life Sciences, a life sciences company which creates and builds businesses focused on applications of genomics and protein engineering. Emerge is focused on creating affordable novel and cutting edge diagnostic, therapeutic, and agricultural solutions for those at the middle and bottom of the population pyramid – large populations poorly served by the current US and Europe focused global life sciences ecosystem. Ray is focused on building Emerge’s genomics medicines and immunotherapy platforms.

Previously Ray served as Chief Executive Officer of Xome Holdings, a leading national provider of real estate data and services which she is credited with strategically, financially, and culturally transforming into a market leader and innovator. Prior to Xome, Ray served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Genesis Capital LLC, one of the nation’s leading specialty finance companies focused on commercial loans in residential real estate markets. Genesis Capital was acquired by an affiliate of Goldman Sachs in 2018. Previously, Ray was President and Chairwoman of Global Property Exchange and its wholly owned subsidiary Hudson & Marshall, an online real estate auction platform, which was sold to Fidelity National Financial in 2017.

Ray started her career at McKinsey & Company where she was co-leader of the west coast healthcare practice.

Rayman is a Member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and of the Board of Directors of GenomeAsia100K USA. Ray has an A.B. Honors from Princeton University and a M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
