Minister Kuldipsingh is the Minister of Labour, Employment Opportunity and Youth Affairs. Rishma was appointed in July 2020.

Rishma has extensive experience in the labor and education areas of the public sector. She has served as an officer in the Ministry of Education in charge of the procedures for students who wish to study abroad, as well as manager of the fund for SMEs and training policies for the Ministry of Labour.

Rishma holds a Masters in Business Administration Degree from the Netherlands Business Academy.
