Randeep Sarai

Member of Parliament - House of Commons | Canada

MP Sarai, during his first term as the Member of Parliament for Surrey Centre, served as Pacific Caucus Chair from 2016-2018, a member of the Citizenship, Immigration and Refugee Committee and the Public Accounts Committee. Randeep was re-elected in 2019 to represent Surrey Centre for a second term and currently sits on the International Trade Committee.

Randeep is a community leader, a lawyer and a real estate developer. He was a Founder and has served as a Director of Virsa – Supporting Youth Strengthening Families Society and helped start South Asian Community Coalition Against Youth Violence, which successfully championed for the creation of the Integrated Gang Task Force.

He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts and went on to complete his Bachelor of Laws Born at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. During his spare time, he cherishes time with his family, including their Labrador named Mr. Cuddles, and enjoys activities such as yoga, soccer and jogging.
