Dr. Peter Ramsaroop is the Chief Investment Officer and CEO of the Guyana Office for Foreign and Local Investments (GO-Invest), appointed in October 2020 by President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali. 

He has overseen significant investments, finalizing $200 billion in projects across various sectors in 2021. Ramsaroop’s career spans entrepreneurship, executive roles in Fortune 500 companies, and military service, including assignments at the Pentagon and NASA. 

His leadership at GO-Invest focuses on modernizing industries, leveraging oil revenues to boost agriculture and tourism, and fostering a competitive business environment.
