Nina Tangri is an Indo-Canadian politician and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Mississauga—Streetsville. Elected in 2018, she has held significant roles in the Ontario government, including Associate Minister of Small Business and Red Tape Reduction, and Associate Minister of Housing. Before entering politics, Tangri had a successful career in the insurance and financial management sector. 

She was the CEO of Tangri Insurance & Financial Group and President of Tangri-BMT Insurance Brokers, bringing over 30 years of industry experience to her political roles.  Her business acumen has been instrumental in her advocacy for small businesses and economic growth in Ontario.
