Nand Mulchandani is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded and been CEO of multiple successful startups – Oblix (acquired by Oracle), Determina (acquired by VMware), OpenDNS (acquired by Cisco), and ScaleXtreme (acquired by Citrix).

He started his service in the Government by joining the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center at the US Department of Defense. Now, he will be assuming his new position as the first ever Chief Technology Officer of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
