Dimple Chaudhary is the Deputy General Counsel for Nationwide Resource Protection Programs at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Prior to this role, she served as the Deputy Litigation Director at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where she played a significant role in the Flint water crisis litigation.
Chaudhary successfully advocated for the replacement of lead service lines in Flint, Michigan, securing a $97 million settlement for the city. She also pushed for the delivery of bottled water to Flint residents during the crisis.
