Shweta is Co-founder and COO at GramHeet which provide an integrated post-harvest services to farmers through digital platform with a vision to make a farming profitable business.

GramHeet is an amalgamation of two vernacular Marathi words—‘Gram’ and ‘Heet’ which translates into ‘prosperity of the village’. At GramHeet, they espouse this through the ‘farmers first’ approach. This stems from the fact that both their co-founders themselves come from farming families in a small village called Warud in the Yavatmal district of Maharashtra, whose lived experience of agrarian distress propelled them to build this organization.
