Salim Ramji is the newly appointed CEO of Vanguard, taking the helm in Summer 2024. Ramji, previously a senior executive at BlackRock, served as the Global Head of iShares and Index Investments and was a member of BlackRock’s Global Executive Committee. He has been instrumental in expanding investment access through ETFs and implementing innovative technologies in the bond market.
