Roshni Nadar Malhotra is a prominent Indian businesswoman and philanthropist, serving as the chairwoman of HCL Technologies. She was appointed chairwoman of HCL Technologies in 2020, succeeding her father, Shiv Nadar. Under Roshini’s  leadership, HCL has expanded significantly, including a major acquisition of IBM’s software products for $1.8 billion.
