Karan Adani is the Managing Director of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, India’s largest ports and logistics company. He joined the family business in 2009 at Mundra Port and rose to become its CEO in 2016.

Under his leadership, Adani Ports transitioned its focus from coal to container operations, with a  commitment to environmental sustainability. He has driven the expansion of the company’s portfolio with  investments in ports like Kattupalli, Kamarajar, Vizhinjam, Krishnapatnam, Dighi, and Gangavaram ports​​​​.

Karan envisions Adani Ports as an integrated logistics company providing end-to-end solutions. He advocates for technology as a critical enabler in enhancing operational efficiency and driving the company’s identity forward.
