Ganesh Mohan is the CEO of Bajaj Finserv, based in India. Ganesh’s leadership philosophy centers around strategic foresight, innovation, and building robust organizational frameworks. Before joining Bajaj Finserv in 2015, Ganesh had a distinguished tenure at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India. 

 At Bajaj Finserv, he initially served as the Group Head of Strategy, spearheading several transformational projects aimed at fostering innovation and expanding the company’s capabilities. His vision for Bajaj Finserv Asset Management is to position it as a leader in the investment space by offering innovative funds and investment solutions.
