As president and COO, Bob leads the two primary lines of business at Jacobs – Critical Mission Solutions and People & Places Solutions with markets in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Jacobs in 2006, Bob served in the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps as an officer for 8.5 years and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Following his service, Bob served as the Chief Operating Officer at Kinetics. Before returning to Jacobs in 2016 as president of the Global Industrial and Buildings & Infrastructure lines of business, Bob served as president and COO of the Brock Group. Bob graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy where he earned his bachelor’s degree in systems engineering and later completed his master’s degree from Stanford University. In addition to his career at Jacobs, Bob serves on the Board of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a director of HydroChemPSC and Riggs Distler. Jacobs has committed $1 million to global organizations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fun Fact: Outside work, Bob is an avid sportsman and fan, and loves going to any game of any sport with his wife Jessica and their two sons.
